Daryl Henwood: Director

Daryl does things in a big way.

He has been involved in property for more than 25 years – as a builder, developer, investor and marketer.

In 1990, he established New Dimension Homes Pty Ltd, which became the second largest builder in Victoria. In its first decade, New Dimension Homes built more than 600 houses and 400 units each year.

A company restructure in 1999 resulted in the birth of NDH Developments, which has constructed more than 2,000 homes as well as multi-storey commercial residential developments.

Daryl’s aim has always been to offer customers quality investments. From 2006, he has sold properties direct to the market, as NDH Property Direct, offering competitive prices and excellent service. The results have been staggering – in its first year of operation NDH Property Direct sold $54 million worth of residential property.

Teamwork and loyalty are important to Daryl. Many staff – from administration to sub-contractors – have worked with him for years, some for decades.

David Brewster: Director & Officer in Effective Control

When it comes to real estate, David is your man. He has wide and varied experience – from selling homes to families and properties to investors through to consulting to residential developers. He has been a purchaser, a vendor and an agent.

David joined the team at NDH Developments in 2006. He established the sales arm of NDH Property Direct, creating an exciting business that allows purchasers and investors to access property directly from the developer. Today David is involved in analysis and acquisition of new projects, setting the product for the market and working with members throughout the sales process.

Over the years David has helped many people build their property portfolios, with some Property Direct members purchasing three, five and even seven properties.

David loves his job because he believes and personally invests in the potential of property. As he and wife Belinda say: “if you don’t owe, you don’t grow!"

Natalya Krooglik: Property Specialist

Natalya is passionate about people, property and investing. She loves showing clients how to achieve financial freedom by building a quality real estate portfolio. And she speaks from experience.

Natalya has been involved in real estate sales, developments, investment and portfolio management for more than 15 years. As a successful property investor, Natalya knows that you don't need a big income to start building your investment portfolio. Having created a powerful financial legacy for her own family, she believes that wealth creation through strategic property investment is within everyone's grasp. Introducing new investors to the wealth potential that real estate offers is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.

Since joining the team at Buy Property Direct, Natalya has helped hundreds of clients create wealth and security through real estate investment.

In her free time, Natalya enjoys running, travelling, spending time with her son, and learning through reading and seminars.

Rachal Partridge: Membership Manager

Rachal joined Property Direct in April 2008, bringing heaps of experience in construction administration. She is an integral team member who seems to find time for everything and everyone.

As Membership Manager, Rachal helps new members join and answers their questions. She follows the contract process from the initial signing through to final approval, liaising with conveyancers, solicitors, sales and marketing.

In her downtime Rachal loves to support the mighty Demons (she is the eternal optimist!) and also enjoys traveling and socialising with family and friends.
