Sandy Davidson & Daryl Henwood: Directors

The directors of NDH Developments Pty Ltd, Alexander (Sandy) Davidson and Daryl Henwood, have been in business partnership for over 25 years, and have been associated both professionally and socially for a period spanning close to 30 years.

In 1990, Sandy and Daryl established the building company, New Dimension Homes Pty Ltd, which consisted of a Residential Contract division, where dwellings were custom built for clients and a Speculative Development division, where multi-unit domestic residential developments were constructed as speculative dwellings and offered for sale off the plan be external marketing organizations.

During the years of 1990 - 1999 New Dimension Homes Pty Ltd became the second largest builder in Victoria and the seventh largest builder Nationally, constructing over 600 houses and 400 units per annum.
In July 1999, the contract residential division of the company was sold to an external party (now operating under the name of New Dimension Homes (Victoria) Pty Ltd). With this sale came a restructure of the company, and NDH Developments was born.

In the past 8 years, NDH Developments Pty Ltd has successfully constructed over 2000 residential domestic dwellings, along with a number of multi-storey commercial residential developments which all have been company funded, not to mention two joint ventures undertaken with Macquarie Bank Ltd.

NDH Developments prides itself on teamwork both within the administration of the office through to the sub-contractors on site. With the majority of the sub-contractors having for Sandy and Daryl for at least 10 years, some even for 25 years or more.

At the beginning of 2006, Sandy and Daryl saw an opening in the property investment market for selling their properties directly to the residential market. They realized that if they were to remove the external marketing organizations used to sell their properties off the plan, they could have greater control over their finished product, offer their homes at extremely competitive prices in the market place and increase the level of service to the consumer with the philosophy ‘as nobody knows our product as well as we do” And as a result, together with David Brewster, launched NDH Property Direct.

This feeling of teamwork and family, created by Sandy & Daryl at NDH Developments, has been a major contributing factor in it’s success. When the same philosophies and principals were applied to the team at NDH Property Direct the results were amazing, selling a staggering $54,000,000 worth of residential property in their first year of operation.


David Brewster: Director & Officer in Effective Control

David has a wide and varied real estate background in traditional ‘Mum & Dad’ real estate, investment sales and consulting to residential developers.

In 2006 David joined forces with the very successful team at NDH Developments, thus giving birth to NDH Property Direct and setting up the sales side of the business allowing purchasers to access property directly from the developer.

Throughout his real estate career David has been involved in literally hundreds of property transactions as a purchaser, vendor and agent.

David has assisted many people building their property portfolios, with some property direct members poised to purchase their 3 rd, 5 th and even 7 th properties.

Today David’s role in the company involves the analysis and acquisition of new projects, setting the product for the market to ensure a balance of both sale-ability and rent-ability. He also thoroughly enjoys being personally involved in the sales process with the members.

David and wife Belinda are keen property investors and both share the belief that “if you don’t owe, you don’t grow!"


Ross Laurenson : General Manager

Ross joined the team in May 2008 and has just ticked over his first year at Property Direct as General Manager.

Ross has previously spent the past 28 years in many senior executive roles (Home Loans by the Bay, Wizard Home Loans, Aussie Home Loans, Wignall Ford, Coffey Ford and Ford Credit)

Ross is a qualified Business/ Life Coach and also ran “Train Them Don’t Blame Them“, a company established to take both businesses and individuals to the next level.

Ross holds accreditations as a Mortgage Broker and was a registered Finance Broker (when the ACT was still in place)

Ross is married with 1 daughter and follows Collingwood. He also races a few horses with friends in both Victoria and Sydney where he was born. He was a ‘mad’ Western Suburbs Rugby League supporter before their demise from the NRL and currently holds a soft spot for Melbourne Storm.

When not working Ross and his family love to take Cruises ( in fact Santa has visited them onboard for the past 5 years …and this year will be no different ) or visiting the greatest place on earth…BALI.

Ross holds dear to his heart a motto he learned many years ago….” Customer for Life “ and looks forward to establishing many long term association’s with our wonderful member base as we assist in fulfilling their dreams.

Ross believes his diploma from the school of hard knocks , is the greatest education experience he could have taken on ….though in his maturing years did attend The Kings School (Sydney) and Haileybury College. He was also a representative cricketer as a junior and later excelled in the Indoor version, representing Vic Country in 84 and 85.

Natalya Krooglik: Property Specialist 

Since joining the team at Buy Property Direct nearly two years ago, Natalya has helped hundreds of clients to create wealth and security through real estate investment. Passionate about people, property and investing, Natalya loves showing her clients how to achieve financial freedom by building a quality real estate portfolio.

Natalya's experience spans 14 years of direct involvement in real estate sales, developments, investment and portfolio management. She began her career in her father's building company and then worked with a Real Estate Agent on the Mornington Peninsula.  She quickly rose to become one of the company's top representatives, thanks to her innate ability to listen to the needs of her clients and her willingness to go the extra mile to exceed their expectations. Within five years, she had earned her Estate Agent license, become the firm's manager of sales, and acquired her own growing portfolio of investment properties.

As a successful property investor herself, Natalya knows from first-hand experience that you don't need a big income to start building your investment portfolio. Having created a powerful financial legacy for her own family, she believes that wealth creation through strategic property investment is within everyone's grasp.  Introducing new investors to the wealth potential that real estate offers is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.

In her free time, Natalya enjoys running, traveling, spending time with her three-year-old son, and adding to her knowledge of wealth creation by reading books and attending seminars on the topic. Her mentors are Robert Kiasaki, Dr. John Demartini, and Donald Trump.

Rachal Partridge: Membership Manager

Rachal joined our team in April 2008. She brings extensive experience in construction administration having worked in the past for Simonds Homes and recently for the last 7 years in the flooring industry, in which she worked closely with local builders and their cliental.

As a part of her Membership Manager role, Rachal facilities the joining of New Members to our program and fields all Member questions and queries. She also follows the contract process from the initial signing through to final approval, liaising with both Conveyancers and Solicitors during this time, not to mention assisting Sales & Marketing Staff, and the list goes on! Rachal is an integral part of the team and is dedicated to providing a quality service to our members!

In her downtime she loves to support her mighty ‘Demons’ (although 2008 is one season she would soon like to forget!) She also enjoys traveling and socializing with family and friends.
